One good, one not so good

I purchased two of these batteries, same part number, UB12350, from two different suppliers via Amazon. The advertised "set of two" turned out to be only qty one battery, however the price seemed to indicate there was really only qty one battery. Both batteries were about the same price. Both were received in good physical condition. One was made in China and one was made in Vietnam. Both were a little different size. the battery from Vietnam had a hinged hard plastic carry handle and was slightly taller. The battery made in China had a soft plastic carry strap. The seller provided photos of the batteries did not match what was received but was close. Fresh out of the box the Chinese battery measured 13.24 volts on my Fluke multi meter. The Vietnam version measured 12.34 volts. I installed the two batteries, wired in series ( as designed), into the battery box of my Tripplite SmartPro Net 2200 UPS. after a half hour of charge time in the UPS I executed the test command which switches to battery mode. The UPS reports 80 percent battery capacity. 24 hours later I tried the same test and measured 90 percent capacity. Bottom line. I was expecting 100 percent capacity after a 24 hour charge, I was surprised at the difference in out of the box voltage measurements as well as two batteries with the same part number from the same manufacturer, different build plants, and slightly different design.. but considering these batteries cost less than $70 each including shipping compared to over $200 each for the exact replacement Panasonic battery the deal is good enough, but less than perfect. The sellers have to improve their description of what they are offering.

Great Deal

Good deal. Shipping was good for free shipping took 10 days. I just hook it on to the golf cart and wheel it down to the dump station. Get the bobber gauge to let you know when it's close to full.Take a 2x2 piece off wood about 3 foot long to chock the wheels to lift to dump.if your not very physical then you may want to consiider the four wheel. That dumps with out lifting..

Good Tote

We bought this to go with our pop-up. It's a little bulky to store especially since we're limited in space (between the pop-up & tow vehicle), but we make it work. We can go for a three day weekend without emptying it until we're ready to leave (we're very careful with how much water we use and we only have a sink, no toilet or shower). Easy to hook up and easy to pull to the dump station if it's close by or hook up to the tow vehicle if it's farther away.

Great Purchase - Recommended for Extended RV Trips

Bought this after "dry camping" for over a week. Found that my 50 gallon grey water tank filled up very quickly, as well as my potable water tank empty fast. So looked for portable solutions. Found this 22 gallon tote-along tank and it is awesome. The next week long dry camping trip I took, wound up filling this up and did not have to worry about overfilling. I would not recommend getting anything larger than this, unless you have some considerable help, as 22 gallons is a lot of weight to "tote" around. Once up and moving it wheels well and seems to be fairly sturdy for the load. Getting it into your truck is the trick.
