Great Speaker!

I purchased a Carvin Vintage 16 with a Celestion Vintage 30, but I wanted more of a Fendery sound than the Celestion would provide. This speaker was the ticket - perfect tone. Now the amp has that clean/taweedy tone I was looking for. This is just a great speaker - i would buy one again. I am guessing it would be awesome in a Blues Junior...

Great vintage speaker

Got this to replace a one-off in a tweed clone I won on eBay (ValveTrain 205), and I couldn't be happier. Definitely a great choice. I had used some of the Eminence Patriots and Webers in other amps, and had read about the Jensen reissues, but other users suggested this was a good choice for keeping the tweed character at a cost lower than an alnico. I have to say this one really has the tweed tone I was looking for.

An Exceptionally Good Small Guitar Speaker

The Eminence NH2008 (regardless of its peculiar "Acoustinator" designation) is a wonderful electric guitar speaker. This premium motor features a neodymium magnet (easy to carry), hemp cone (rich and mellow tone), long-excursion rubber surround (deep bass without cone breakup), and a 2" voice coil (dissipates more heat than most amps dream of generating). Mounted in a properly designed enclosure and motivated by high quality electronics, the NH2008 leaves virtually nothing to be desired (other than more time to practice (laugh)). This is a stellar product. Enjoy.

Heavy duty outdoor lights

Humes & Berg Enduro Pro cases are the best I've ever used. Rugged construction protect my drums from the harshest conditions. The interior is nice and padded to keep the drums snug. Highly recommended.

Great Protection

Nice and thick plastic. The padding inside (the foam the ad refers to) is great. Makes for a nice tight fit, however if your drum has added mods to it, or over-sized flanges or whatnot, you may be shoving it in these cases or it may not fit at all & you might be better off with the ones without the padding. Heavy duty construction though. Handles are nice and rigid; straps are thick and durable. I'd be careful with the strap's plastic clips in cold weather though. I haven't run into any issues yet, but hard plastic being roughly handled in the winter months make me a bit nervous. Unwarranted? Probably. Cautious nonetheless and so should anyone using them in a cold environment. I would definitely recommend these to someone looking for great protection for their valuable drums.

killer guitar in its price range

I have owned my Dean Michael Schenker sig V for 3 or 4 years now and I love it. It's my go-to guitar for metal(I use my Strat and Les Paul for more classic and stoner rock). I did put an EMG 81 in the bridge(leaving the passive neck pickup out of the circuit), but I didn't feel like I HAD to... I just wanted to try active pickups. The finish is just fine, the fretboard has no sharp fret ends, neck pocket is tight. I really have no complaints whatsoever about this guitar, especially at the price they're selling em for... no, it's not a 'custom shop' equivalent, but it suits me just fine. I give it a solid 4 stars.

my idols guitar in my hands

our band does a few "UFO" songs and i am a schenker clone,or trying to be.i found this guitar at a big dept. store ,so i didn't give it much thought.i felt if they were selling it ,it can't be very good.then one day i was at a neighborhood music store and they had a used model in the backroom.it had just been professionally set-up and cleaned,strings changed and set low for fast action.they wanted 249.00 dollars for it.i played it and it was nothing like the dept. store version.it had a very soft feel,and a powerful delivery.i was sold ,so i haggled with him and bought it for 225.00 dollars including tax.the point i am trying to make is this is a sharp guitar,but it is so mass produced it isn't for everybody,unless you buy it and take it to a guitar store and have it set-up professionally.tell the tech you want "D'ADDARIO XL 9'S" put on it and you want the setting low as you can get it without fret buzz,and you will have a guitar you will love.mine plays so nice,and has a truly amazing tonal range.i have pushed this thru a line 6 HD 147 300 watt head over a genz benz g-flex stereo 4x12 cabinet,a marshall full stack,and she has never let me down.a friend of mine loves it so much he asked to borrow it to play a gig,and i listened to it from a distance and was brought to tears by its amazing sound.get one,priced right,looks are radical,and playability is killer.i am giving this advice as a guitar player who owns over 50 guitars some of which i've paid 2-3000.00 dollars for.

No need to ever be without one!

To the lady who said hers just wore out. That never needs to happen. RBI Distributors in Skokie, Il, the distributor for Solano here in the U.S. will completely repair and refurbish any Solano, working or not for about $30. I have had it done on a few occasions (old wiring, heating element won't work, etc.) and they have a quick turnaround and great customer service. The number to call is (847) 675-0087. Great product and now you know how to keep it working!

Amazing dryer and great customer support!!!

This is a professional hair dryer available to the public. The Solano dryers hold up with heavy use and will last for years, but likely a decade or more with care. If the product gets damaged or has problems, Solano has repair centers where they can be fixed. If it is a manufacturing problem, they pay for it. I currently own the Super Solano and couldn't be happier.

tips, pros and cons

these are one of the best hair clippers, but there are pros and cons to the andis masters.THE PROS1. very precise cutting2.quiet clippers3.more powerful than the oster fast feedTHE CONS1.they are heavy clipper, so if you self cut your hair i hope you go to the gym because your arms might feel tired.2. these clippers get extremely hot after 20 minutes of use.I was naive to the fact that these clippers are really meant for professional barbers. this is the first time that i self cut my hair and i like the results.PROBLEMS PEOPLE MAY HAVE1. the clippers are making a clatter loud sound- you have to adjust the clippers by taking a flat head screw driver and i turning the SCREW on the side of the clippers CLOCKWISE until the clattering sound diminishes.2.the andis masters are not cutting closer than you thought- tpye in youtube how to adjust andis master clipper, that will help.3. oil the clippers. you get oil wth the masters. this preserves the clipper blades4. OPTIONAL- by the disenfectant spray because it cools the blade if you spray it on the blade. I hope this helped.

Reliable & great features

I had been looking for some clippers to use on myself as well as my regular customers so I have been checking out the reviews of various clippers. So I went with the Fademasters, the Phatmasters, and the Masters. The Masters are by far my favorite tool of the 3 to the point that I did my research and found out that all of the tools had the same motor but they just changed the casing and blade to have multiple products. I did not like the blade on the Phatmaster so i swapped it for the Master blade and I had myself 2 pairs of masters. I like how you can hear the actual hair cut as opposed to seeing it cut so you can attack the cut using multiple senses giving you an edge in fades and determining what length you would like to take the hair down to. However, I also use Oster products as well and they are superiorly powerful in juxtaposition of the Andis products. Your Andis produts will get hot and overheat if you're not efficient with your cutting techniques and use them continuously for long periods of time. So I combat this by using multiple tools for different stages of the cut. I rarely have to deal with the problem of not having enough time before the clippers get hot. The Oster Fast feeds are almost the same product as the Andis masters, except for the superior pivot motor, yielding more volts and more power for cutting through wet and thick hair. So although the Masters are my favorite tool for their features, I can't fully depend on them on their own, but they're definitely a great asset for every barber to have. From a barber himself.Update - March 19, 2013 Andis Masters are still going strong. With routine oil, cleaning, and servicing of your machines you'll get your moneys worth hands down. These have easily become my favorite clipper to use, the main weapon in the arsenal because of it's versatility to both cut even lengths, and fade into tapers, mohawks and most other multiple level styles you can think of. Great product!

Great Clipper

This clipper is simply the best I have encountered. I have been cutting my own hair for 15 years and I have become quite good at it. This unit is sharp and precise. It is very solid and durable, in fact the entire thing is metal and aluminum. The motor is unbelievably powerful and is about average noise production. You can really feel the quality of this product once you hold it in your hand. It is expensive but judging on the past few weeks I have owned it, it will last me a lifetime. True, you have to buy the comb attachments separately, but they too are good quality with metal latch, durable and accurate design. Only the lower quality clippers will come with the attachments for the average Suzy Housewife.
