This is an improvement of the original of the same model. I have the original toilet which sprang a leak after many years. I thought this model was identical. I was wrong the operation has been simplified and much improved.

if you like Pirates of the Caribbean, this is for you.

My son is nine years old. He says the following about the playset: "With Port Royal , you can have many battles, like firing a launching cannon, swinging Jack Sparrow on the cranes, and having pirate raids. You can rescue Jack in the boat that comes with it. If you likes pirates, it's worth every penny." The only drawback is that it tends to fall apart unless you glue it together.

Great gift for a six year old.

We bought this for our son for his sixth birthday (along with a bunch of other Mega Bloks PotC sets) and he loved it! The detail is amazing and he has spent hours playing with it. The directions are very detailed yet incredibly simple. It is very well made unlike the "Zizzle" version of the same toy which we had and fell apart at the slightest touch. If your kids (or you) are into PotC, I would definitely get this toy.

Fun toy with many pieces

We have pretty much all of the POTC toys that have been made! The Megabloks Black Pearl pirate ship has a lot of detail and a lot of pieces. We have two of these and they each took about 20 minutes to build. The ships are fragile so if your child likes to play rough they will come apart. My 7yo and 4yo boys love them anyway. They are rich in detail and my kids are into their imaginary play for hours with them.We also have the Zizzle Black Pearl pirate ship. It doesn't have nearly as many parts (not the "Lego" style like Megabloks) and is bigger. It has some cool electronic noises and trap doors, but is not as detailed as the Megabloks version. The Megabloks version has real sails too. The Zizzle ship has no action figures, so you have to order the 3" figures separately (my kids just use their Megabloks figures).Their other favorites are the Megabloks Flying Dutchman (built a lot like the Black Pearl) and the Dead Man's Chest. These sets are a must have for the POTC fan!

Great Toy

The toy is a nice set. Obviously, because it is made of blocks, it can fall apart if your kids are too rough - although it has faired well with my 6 year old so far. However, compared to most sets, the ship stays together without many problems right out of the box. In addition, as with any building toy, weak spots can be braced by using other mega blocks or legos (which is part of the building fun).

Due to a mishap on my behalf I had to replace my 14 year old one. Replacement parts were not available. The new tow bar is slightly heavier ~5 lbs than the old one (some aluminum parts are now steel).

BXR4400 Blue Ox Bedsaver Installation on a Curt E5 hitch

I bought the Blue Ox bedsaver model #BXR4400 for a Curt E5 16K 5th wheel hitch.The instructions & pictures where not very clear at all.I bolted it up using the top holes in my hitch & the top holes in the bedsaver side plates, like the pictures show, and this put the bedsaver way too high. I only had about 1 1/2" from the top of the bedsaver to the top of the 5th wheel hitch. The kingpin on my camper is 3 1/4" long. I would have had to lift the camper high enough to clear the bedsaver, back the pickup truck up to clear the bedsaver, then lower the camper for it to fit onto the hitch.I called the Blue Ox company then. The person I talked to said there should be about 1/2" to 1" between the bottom of the camper kingpin & the top of the bedsaver when you are backing up the truck to hook up the camper.I had to move the bedsaver side plates down to the 3rd hole (from the top) on my Curt hitch (which is the ones that where being used to bolt the 5th wheel plate to the legs) and I had to use the top set of holes in the bed saver side plates. The bolts in my Curt hitch that I had to remove then reinstall with the bedsaver side plates would not fit thru the holes in the bed saver side plates. I had to buy a 9/16" drill bit and drill out the holes in the side plates a little bit to get the bolts to go thru them.Once I got the bed saver mounted I now have 4" from the top of the bedsaver to the top of the 5th wheel plate. When I back up to hook up the camper I now have about 3/4" between the top of the bed saver & the bottom of the kingpin.Other than the weak installation instructions & pictures, the bedsaver itself is very well built.I will recommend the Blue Ox Bedsaver to everybody.

Quality product, let's hope I don't need it.

Installation was easy, although the instructions aren't very clear on the mounting height.They instruct you to use the top holes on the hitch, but what if the hitch is of a different configuration or what if the top holes are already occupied?I would have liked to see an explanation of how far below the tray sits from the hitch surface, then I could confirm what holes to use.But otherwise, very happy with the construction and fit/finish - let's hope I never experience it in action.

Should have had this before

I had to learn the hard way, only had my 5th wheel for 1 month, both my wife and I thought it was hooked up, guess what it wasn't. Did $1,000 damage to tailgate. You live and learn. I got this for a insurance policy, It was very easy to install and gives me a piece of mine. Would recommend this highly to people beginning to rving.

good power for a cordless saw

i bought this little saw a little while ago ( couldnt pass it up for the price ) and have found it to be suprisingly usefull. it is powerful enough to rip two entire 5/4 by sixteen foot treated decking boards on a single charge... adjustments are all very easy to make... but it does have one drawback and it is rather powerfull too: it wont cut 2x lumber at any bevel over 20 degrees, but it is a trim saw so it is not designed for framing use every day although im sure it would hold up well. it is for those short around the home jobs were you dont have reason to cut for more than an an hour, at a time or are in the field a hundred yards from the nearest outlet ,or simply dont feel like draging an extention cord everywhere you go. also its charger is low wattage enough to run off my 100 watt cigar lighter inverter without any problem at all. and it is a full pound and a half lighter than corded my skil saw. i cant comment on durability yet, but it is fairly heavy built so i think it will last well. highly recomended...
