TAM58346 Grasshopper Electric Radio Control Race Buggy Kit by Tamiya. Based on 1-seater buggies seen tearing-up dirt tracks across the U.S. in the 80s, the Grasshopper first made its appearance in R/C stores in 1984. Boasting easy assembly and easy control, the lightweight Grasshopper proved an instant hit as the perfect entry level R/C kit. Also compatible with a whole range of option parts such as 540 motor and ball bearings, the Grasshopper was an entry level car that could keep up with the owners driving experience. Packed with all the fantastic features of the original kit, this fun 2WD buggy is a blast on both off-road and on-road tracks

The perfect combination of simple assembly and tough exterior is what made the Grasshopper so special. Durable plastic body is fastened to bathtub resin monocoque chassis by screws, creating a solid frame that can absorb any type of rough handling. Off-road tracks can be tackled with ease thanks to coil spring dampers, and independent swing axle front and rigid axle rear suspension. Diff loaded sealed gearbox keeps out the dirt and stones for smooth driving and cornering. Paddle style rear tires and grooved front tires combine with 3-piece assembly type wheels for excellent grip performance on dirt tracks. Half-body driver figure adds that finishing touch to a fun off-road R/C car

I have had my grasshopper since 1987.it has been through everything you can possibly think of! Yes parts will eventually break, but that is the educational part, learning to repair simple mechanical things, and parts are not expensive. the motor and gears can be changed and upgraded as kids grow. great toy!

These kits are definitely a lot of fun, and a must-have for hobbyists of all ages looking for a simple, durable, and fun radio-controlled buggy. This is a re-released version, with the original design dating back to the mid-1980s.Building this kit was a breeze, and beginning hobbyists will appreciate the simple construction, crystal clear directions, and quick build time (took me an afternoon from beginning to end). Once together, this kit is very durable and lots of fun to drive around. Fixes are minor, easy, and cheap.In short, I highly recommend the Tamiya Grasshopper to both first-time kit builders and old pros.

these are spokes. they are black. they laced up like spokes should. they were 292mm long, because that is how long they needed to be. they came with silver alloy nipples. the end.

Can't wait to give to my nieces..........

I am so happy with the purchase of this item that I couldn't wait to get the reaction of my nieces ages 5, 8 and 9 (who will all receive one of these for x-mas) before submitting a review. The number of compartments alone should thrill them! The quality of the leather and construction of the case was definitely more than I expected. The tan case is much less yellow than the picture and more of your typical camel color. I also purchased the pink and it's slightly less intense than the picture but also very pretty. Probably would not consider purchasing for myself because it's not the type of case I would want displayed in my bedroom. However, I think for girls ages 5 - 15? it's perfect. Thinking along the lines of being fun for the younger ones and practical for the older ones. Certainly not an heirloom piece to be passed but I think it's a great gift - certainly something I would have loved when I was younger.

LOVE this jewelry box!

This is a HUGE jewelry box! I absolutely love it! Loads of compartments. A place for everything. It even has a mini traveling box that matches the big one and THAT even has its own place in the big one! My favorite parts are the two side doors that house your necklaces on little hanging rods. Very cute! Be warned though, it is really big. If you don't have a lot of space this won't be good for you. It really holds a lot of jewelry.

I purchased the tan colored jewelry box. It's pretty big and it fit mostly all my necklaces. There's a space for rings also, but not for bulky rings.It doesn't really have space for earrings. it does have a designated space, but only for small stud earrings. Not hanging earrings of any kind.It still helped me put a lot or things away.If you have a lot of necklaces, then this is a great product!Sturdy.

Great Airbrush and Even Better Customer Service

I purchased this airbrush after experimenting with a $20.00 airbrush from Harbor Freight. Let me start by saying what a big difference! So easy to use. The paint sprays great and my hand doesnt get tired. The most amazing part to me is Badger's customer service. I called them because there was a picture of a finger grip on the box which wasnt included. I called and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who told me that the customer service person who could best help me was at lunch, but she would have him give me a call when he returned in about 15 minutes. As she finished telling me this,I heard a voice in the background say one moment I will help him. A gentleman picked up the phone and introduces himself as Ken Badger the owner of the company. Not only was he more than happy to address my issue, but he made sure that he answered any questions I had about airbrushing! I can tell you that Badger now has a customer for life. It is so rare to even find a company where a human being picks-up the phone let alone one where the owner of the company will help a customer with a simple customer service question.

Great airbrush

Got this model 175(Crescendo) to replace my older 150(Professional), that I'd still be using had it not "disappeared". Just as versatile and easy to work with- have found that the bigger body is a better fit and I don't get the cramping I got when holding onto the smaller body of the 150 for awhile. A little heavier, but not really a noticeable issue to me. I've found through experience siphon feed works better for me than gravity feed if you tilt or move your airbrush around a little too much, and want a little ease in changing colors, plus you can see what you're doing. Just a little bigger than the 150.
