Great product... but pricey

Overall I am very satisfied with the product, similar to the Art of Shaving. Both are a bit pricey, however. The oil and shave cream are very nice.

Not a fan of the kit concept, but the product is amazing!

I like it! I won't be going back to just using the Gillette shaving foam anytime soon. I have a bit of a raised scar on my chin from a childhood injury and it never not very fun to shave over this spot. This product makes me not even realise it is there. I'm not sure if it is more the oil or the special cream but the combination works well. I'm not a fan of the kit concept (though it does make a great gift!) because with the sizes provided you do not run out of them at the same time. I always run out of the face wash first because I use it even when I am not shaving. The oil lasts the longest followed by the moisturizer (called the 'best for last aftershave'). None of them really have a scent and they definitely don't overpower some other scent you may choose to put on. The shave cream does not foam and lather as much as the Gillette product I used prior but this is not necessary for it to do a good job. Perhaps it actually does a better job not lathering as more of it sticks to your face instead of getting wiped off first run of your blade. I recommend it for a gift or for personal daily use. (I ordered my first kit from Grooming Lounge directly and my second on Amazon's MyHabit).

overall good

The shaving oil, shaving cream, and after shave cream are really good. What i didnt like is the face wash. My skin gets quite dry and tight after using the face wash. However, this could be because of my skin type or the cold weather. But other than that GL's shaving kit is great.

Best I Found for the Price

This laptop stand is well designed for functionality. It can be adjusted for multiple heights and the split table can be tilted in either direction to accomodate right or left handed persons. The base is heavy enough to not allow the stand to tip easily due to it's steel frame. The instructions were easy enough to follow and it took about thirty minutes to assemble. The laminated top is rugged, smooth and looks more like real wood than most partical-board. All and all a versital, well designed and manufactured item for it's price. I rated it 4 stars because I did have one screw hole strip out, however the lack of tightness in that one spot does not seem to have made it any less sturdy. After two months of use the stand is still holding strong.

You have been warned...

I purchased this laptop caddy based solely on reviews and unfortunately, this time, reviews have failed me. Don't get me wrong, the caddy is stylish and easily fits under my bed, I couldn't be happier about the appearance of this. Here's where the negative comes in: I use my laptop on this caddy which I always leave sitting out on the caddy. One day I heard a loud crash and discovered my laptop on the floor! The tilting desktop part of the caddy had come loose so it literally flipped my laptop off! Fortunately my laptop survived, but I no longer trust this caddy. I now use the small, non-tilting part of the desktop to hold my laptop. Everyday when I check the screw which holds the tilting part in place, it is loose. I've taken pliers to it to try and tighten it but obviously, unsuccessfully. :( Had I known about this, I would have purchased a different caddy.

Laptop Stand/Computer table

L-O-V-E I-T!!! Purchased this wonderful cart/rolling computer laptop table in March and ADORE it! I couldn't have chosen a better model! The cart is so easy to use, simply roll it up to you while you sit on the couch or bed. Watch tv while you key on your laptop and check email or the internet. Use this in similar ways that you would use a tv tray only you can slide it out of the way, base goes under the couch/bed, and walk away when not in use. The tilted surface is a nice ergonomic plus, as well as the frosty adult beverage holder/mousepad surface that stays flat. The price was right and the color fits in perfectly with my decorating scheme. Originally, I saw a similar item in one of the inflight magazines (think Robin Leach...these are things you'll never be able to afford...)- and found it on Amazon! Get one if you can!

Great Computer Workstation for the Price

Pros:1. Vastly superior and more durable than similarly priced particle board workstations which are junk2. Looks great once assembled3. Great value.4. Keyboard slide-out tray is actually fairly sturdy under normal typing pressures without any "bounce".5. Opening underneath table to get to all your computer cables, outlets, etc. is nice feature.6. Easy to assemble in (little more than an hour).Cons:1. Keyboard tray is somewhat narrow for a full size keyboard and a mouse. It's usable but another 1-2" in width would give the mouse more room. Not an issue for trackballs. The keyboard tray surface is 23 5/8" wide so measure your keyboard and subtract from this to see what's left for your mouse.2. Directions could be a little more clear especially when you install the slides for the keyboard tray. It;s not at all clear which holes in the slider to use. It probably doesn't matter but be sure to use the same ones on both sides.Also, some descriptions show this as "Oak" but I received "Cherry" which is what the picture seems to show.

Good desk for the price.

I was able to assemble this desk quickly - probably around 45 minutes. I had one minor issue with a bolt not fitting but I was able to work around it. Not a big deal at all.As a gamer, I'm used to having my mouse at a high sensitivity setting, so I don't need a lot of room to move the mouse, but you would be wise to check to make sure this isn't a problem for you. The bottom tray where the tower goes was slightly dented but that doesn't matter to me. Also, the tower does not really fit the "normal" way - I had to put it on the tray sideways, but I was already planning on doing this. It makes reaching the cables easier and I don't have a CD/DVD drive in my computer, so having the tower sideways was not a problem.The included instructions are not anything special, but you should have a general idea of what goes where just by looking at the desk. The two pieces that need to be together - the metal side of the desk and the pullout tray that attaches to the metal side - are all individually labeled, so you can't mess that up. I forget how the letters go exactly, but say, for example, that the sides are A and B and the tray sliders are C and D, and that A and C go together, as well as B and D. I didn't notice this initially, but I attached the pieces correctly just by looking at them.Overall, solid desk. Time will tell how it holds up.

Best I Found for the Price

good buy

The chair is solid - lots of metal in used in all key structural points, and a double layer of thick plastic in the one point that isn't. Judging by the construction and design, I doubt this thing will ever break on me (unlike so many other office chairs I've seen lately).Ideal comfort for a person like me - I like a solid chair that sits high and upright, which this chair can do. The leather seat is firm but comfortable, and the mesh back is stretched tight for good support while breathing nicely. The leather around the mesh is a nice distinction from the typical bare plastic frame on most mesh chairs, but isn't of much consequence in terms of comfort.Don't buy this if you're looking for a ERGOMG-chair with a ridiculous number of adjustable features. The only things that adjust without using a tool of some sort are the chair height, lumbar support height, and amount of force needed to lean back.Do consider buying this if you want something well constructed, comfortable (as described above), and not excessively expensive.

Poor construction, uncomfortable

When I first received the chair, I figured it would take a few days of heavy use to break in. Unfortunately, it never got more comfortable, and after about four months, the webbing started ripping out of the seams. The staples that held the webbing in slid out and drew blood a couple times from my side. I contacted the reseller (Paper Clips Inc.) and they were more than happy to have the backing replaced. The backing showed up from the manufacturer in just a couple days, and I was back to being able to use the chair for a few more months until the other side of the webbing on the back piece started doing the same thing. Paper Clips was on the spot again to get another replacement. Sure, I'll do this a third time. So here I am, three backings and 8 months later with the backing coming out of the seams again. I'm requesting a solid backing from the manufacturer if available and not, the option to exchange the chair for an equal or lesser valued chair (or pay the difference for something that cost more).In case a reader is wondering, I'm 220lbs which is pretty average for a guy that's 6'2" tall. I have also been using a chair from a different manufacturer in the office that also has a webbed back without issues for nearly five years, so I would expect a chair of this price to hold up nearly as well.

Bought for my husband for father's day

My husband is 6ft 4inches - tough to shop for and had a terrible chair which had what APPEARED to be padding, but when you sat down, it basically went straight down as if the padding wasn't there. I myself work in an office with incredible chairs that run par with aero - in price and support, so when I went looking for a chair to replace his, I was looking for something of similar quality or perhaps just a touch down, but not much.This chair, though not quite as great as my work chair, sure is a close second. He is able to adjust the headrest to fit the curve of his neck and the bottom half of his head, the back support piece is easily adjustable and even after a few months of use, the cushion is still just as supportive as it was when we bought it. My husband, at first, wasn't sure about it because he sat a little higher than he was used to, even at its lowest setting, but after a day of use, he got over that and now raves about the chair. It was a VERY good buy.

This is a great table! Easy to assemble, extremely sturdy, nice looking and just the size I needed. It was a little high cost -- but this was the cheapest I found. Overall, a good product. The shipping was prompt.
