I love this pillowtop mattress pad

I had been shopping around for a mattress pad for a long time. I finally bit the bullet and spent the money on this Royal-Pedic 3". The pad exceeded my expectations. I am now able to sleep on either of my sides or on my back comfortably with the soft touch of the pad and the firm support of my mattress under the pad. The combination of the two are just perfect for me. This was money well spent. I should have done it long time ago.

Very nice looking but shades scratch just looking at them!

I purchased two of these and they are beautiful fixtures but the shades are painted with a thin coat of tan frost paint that comes off way to easy. Just putting the shades on, the paint scratched off everywhere it touched the post it screwed onto. Even after knowing this, scratches were completely unavoidable even with the most careful handeling. Because the scratches were mostly on the top it was not too noticable when hung but the ones on the sides are visable so maybe I will try to lightly spray these with frost paint to cover where the light shines through the scratches. Too bad the shades were not made of frosted glass and not clear glass with cheap paint. There are not a lot of three light asian style fixtures out there especially at this price so I did keep them. Aside from the scratching issue, these are really attractive fixtures just be extremely careful putting the shades on.

Ok here we go. I wrote that review on the Honda Minimoto Dirtbike.I said how it was not good and how I purchased the Go Kart and the Maxxi and they also had problems. Read that review, the title is "TRUST ME READ THIS". I said to myself you know what im going buy the Razor MX500 Dirt Bike. WOW WHAT A GREAT BUY!!!!!! This thing is durable, safe, and fun. I recommend it for ages 8-15 years old. However there are reviews for other razor products about the battery life. Yes the battery life is not good, IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I followed the directions and my MX500's battery is fantastic. To have a good motor and battery follow these easy steps...1. Take MX500 out of box CAREFULLY!2. Assemble in order of the directions (If you follow them it will be assembled in 20 minutes).3. Turn MX500 on and JUST FOR ONE SECOND TWIST THE THROTTLE just to make sure it works. (Do not ride just a flick of the throttle just to check).4. Charge the MX500 overnight or for 12 or more hours (The key is to charge it for 12+ hours)5. Take the charger out and go rideIf you follow these directions given your MX500 will be perfect.

EXCELLENT VALUE and FUN!

We have owned the Razor MX500 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike since February, 2010. It is used EVERY single day by my 55lb 11 year old. He loves it. The kids in the neighborhood love it. We have not had a problem with the battery life at all, but my son takes really good care of it and followed the directions exactly. Also, I might add, this is NOT difficult to assemble at all. The majority of it is assembled already. My 11 year old assembled it by himself!!! All we had to do was come in when he was done and tighten up the bolts. The one thing that I love about this "dirt bike" is that it is so quiet. Even though he is riding on an acre of property, we don't annoy the neighbors when he gets near their homes. It doesn't eat up the grass either!!This is definitly a great product!Update 10/2010: Our Razor dirt bike is still going strong and gets ridden EVERY single day! Just wanted to update my review now that more time has elapsed!

Highly recommend!

My 2 year old son received this as an early Xmas gift and he hasn't put it down since. My 6 year old daughter is fighting to play with it also. The small pieces definitely make this a toy for ages 3+ unless your child never puts toys in his mouth. My son loves to take things apart and put them back together so this is the perfect toy for him. Parts snap in easily and take apart easily so he can play all by himself. It's fun to see what your small children will come up with when playing. Highly recommend!

Good fan but uses none-standard light bulbs

We bought this type of fans more than 2 years ago from OSH. We like the look, the cost and how it works (very quiet and stable, also flush mountable). you get the best bang of your money. A month ago, we bought another one from Amazon.com. In the product description it states using "standard-base light bulbs". After opening the package, we found that it uses candelabra based light bulbs. For this, we returned it to Amazon.com because we'd like to use more generic products for easy light bulb replacement.After talking to several sales persons and electricians at local Home Depot stores, I found all new ceiling fans have changed light bulbs to either candelabra base or Intermediate base (or E-17 Intermediate) in recent years in order to bypass an energy saving requirement imposed on Standard Medium Base light bulbs. At this time, there is no specific energy-saving requirement on the candelabra or Intermediate base light bulbs. The downside of using none-standard type bulbs is that you are locked in to buy them from limited number of dealers. It can be hard to find replacement bulbs.

it's extremely light, great for low ceilings and/or apartments - and spins quietly but with strength! my boyfriend [who is a contractor] installed it, but said it was very easy to hook up and to make flush with the ceiling, avoiding almost any shakiness! it does feel somewhat flimsy so i'll update this review after a year or so, but after nonstop high spinning during 3 steamy hot nyc summer months, i love this thing! for $50 and amazon's free shipping, YOU CANNOT BEAT ITjuly, 2009 UPDATEstill running the fan basically day and night, reversing the direction in the winter to blow upward - and using the light function for at least a couple of hours/day - and it is working smoothly and consistently, with no shakiness or loss of strength. the wood panels haven't faded, the brass hasn't tarnished, and i am hardly as consistent about keeping it clean as i am about keeping it on! one of the best home purchases i've made.

Excellent Ceiling Fan

We purchased one of these fans nine months ago for our son's bedroom because of its low height and reasonable price. We have been very happy with the fan. It blends very nicely with the white ceiling, making it barely noticeable. It is quiet, but displaces quite a bit of air. We like it so much that we just purchased another one for our bedroom.

The cushioned Samba

I'm a big fan of Adidas Sambas, both for serious sports and casual wear. Despite the lack of cushioning in the Classics, I can wear them for hours on hard courts and turf without any problem. I also own Samba Vulcs, which are equally comfortable to me.I was intrigued by these Samba Milleniums, which I have never seen in a retail store. When I received them, I was impressed by how good they look. The lines are not as clean as the Samba Classics, but so much better than most modern trainers which look like spaceships on your feet. When I put them on, I was also impressed how comfortable they felt. The toe box is larger than the Classics. I usually have the wear the Classics for a week for the toe box to stretch out enough to be comfortable, but I didn't have that issue with the Milleniums. There is also just the right amount of padding in the heel - enough to add comfort, but not so much that you can't feel the ball.The reason I'm deducting 1 star from perfect is that right now, the shoe rubs against my left lateral malleolus, which doesn't happen with the Classics. I'm hoping that with some break-in, this problem will go away.

Great Shoe

This will be the third pair of Samba Millenium shoes I have purchased. The shoe makes a great casual shoe and is comfortable for indoor soccer as well. The sole wears a little quickly, but as long as it isn't used on abrasive surfaces, it is great. They take a little while to wear in, but once broken in are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I have to get a size large or they are too small, however.

Great shoes but takes time to break in.

I'm a casual shoe guy. I don't play indoor soccer or use these shoes for anything but casual everyday wear. I love the samba shoes and have been through several different types and styles over many years. This style of Sambas are not my favorite (favorites being the Top Salas from around 2000), but they are still very nice and *comfortable.*Lets talk about comfort though. I have had this issue only with one other style of Sambas (the Classic) and that is regarding the time it takes to break these in so I can actually bare walking. Even though these shoes fit great now and are probably my most comfortable pair and shoe of choice most days, it took about a month of going through some painful heels and a few blisters to get to this point.I know there are ways to "work" your shoes out and break them in, but no matter what I did they were still giving me issues for a long time. I have only bought a few pairs of shoes that needed special treatment to break them in, but these were by far some of the most difficult to work out.Overall, I love these shoes and if you can get through the painful breaking-in period the shoes come out fitting your feet just wonderfully and are great, comfortable shoes for everyday casual wear.

Excellent Buy

This ceiling fan is an excellent buy for the money. I was pleasantly suprised at how it looked after I installed it in my Living Room. I have read the other reviews about the fan making noise, so I was a bit skeptical about buying it, but I bought it anyways. Boy I am glad I did! This is a really good looking ceiling fan. Gives the room a classy, but not too flashy look. Every person who has come to the house after I installed this has complimented on it. As far as noise, I experienced none. Just make sure when you put the blades together with the arms, make certain that the screws are good and tight. I used a cordless DeWalt drill with the torque setting set low to #12 to assure a good tight fit. I actually was so impressed with the looks and operation of this fan that I immeadiately went back to amazon.com and bought another fan exactly like this one, for my kitchen. Same review - absolutely no problems, none whatsoever. Shipping was very fast with the free super saver shipping, I got it in about 3 days after ordering. Wal-Mart offers this same exact fan, but it is priced about $20 higher.ONE THING I WILL STRESS: Absolutely DO NOT and I mean, DO NOT waste your time buying the cheap candelabra candle tip bulbs - It seems to me that it burns through a lot of them. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot (or even here at Amazon.com) and buy the CFL (Compact Flourescent Light Bulbs) Candelabra base bulbs. I've had the CFL bulbs in there for almost two months in the living room fan and they are yet to burn out. But I have the regular ones in the kitchen and have had all three burn out once already. So, pay the extra money and get the CFL bulbs. They will last longer and you'll save money in the long run.... 13 Watt CFL = 60 Watt Incandescent. Also keep in mind that CFL bulbs can be purchased in different color temperatures to give you the light effect you want. So pay attention to that. Hope this review helped you out. REVIEWERS NOTE: IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2011. IT'S BEEN ALMOST TWO YEARS SINCE I INSTALLED THESE TWO CEILING FANS IN MY HOME AND THEY ARE WORKING JUST AS PERFECT AS THEY DID IN JANUARY 2010 - STILL QUIET AS CAN BE AND SMOOTH AS SILK. THE ONLY WAY I KNOW THAT THEY'RE ON IS THAT I FEEL THE AIR MOVEMENT AND LOOK TO SEE THEM MOVING. AS FAR AS DURABILITY GOES, I NEVER TURN MY FANS OFF - THEY RUN NON-STOP YEAR AROUND. Easy install and quiet!

I have installed several ceiling fans in the past, but the people at Westinghouse really made the install easy with their fan. Unlike most fans which require you to hold the fan motor up while wiring it in, Westinghouse put a separate plug on their motor. You wire up the plug to the home outlet, then lift the motor up. Could not be easier. It took 30 minutes total to install.The fan is very quiet during operation. The fan output is also very impressive.I am very happy with the fan and would highly recommend it.

A few things you might like to know

1. This is a 3-speed-plus "off" fan with a reverse-direction switch and an attached light assembly. Both can be controlled by pull cords if desired.2. The instructions are adequate, but assume knowledge of safe wiring and connection practices. This is not an absolute beginner's project, though if you have any successful experience in house wiring, you can probably do this.3. For planning purposes, the complete job (removing old fixture and installing fan and light unit) took me a little over 2 1/2 hours. I am a careful and methodical amateur. You are working at the top of a ladder in awkward positions, so there is a high likelihood of dropping screws. If you are working over a deep pile carpet, put down a drop cloth or you will wish you had!4. Westinghouse needs better quality control. There was a missing wire nut in the fan interface wiring which was instantly obvious, and there weren't anywhere near enough metal washers for the fan blade assembly. I suspect these problems were unique to this unit, but it would be well to examine each piece as you assemble it. I suppose this is the price you pay for an inexpensive unit.5. If you have a low ceiling, you will probably feel more cooling breeze if you turn the fan-direction switch to the winter setting, as the summer setting makes the fan blow straight down.If the quality control was better, I would rate this product a 5. It works well, is quiet except for a steady hum when running that might be noticeable in a quiet room when trying to sleep. But that gentle breeze is so nice on a warm night!I may buy another for another room.

Wonderful for Imaginative Play

This is a great tent! My two daughters play in it every day. It is very easy to set up and is sturdy and well constructed. The tent part is made up of netting and cotton pieces- very well sewn. This part actually velcros to the cushion so it maintains the open space inside. Very cool. The three pockets inside are great for storing books or stuffed friends.I would recommend this tent to anyone. Don't look any further!

Beautiful & inspirational

I love this tent and wish it was in MY room! We've had other playtents that always seem to collapse, and are made of slick unattractive nylon. This tent is soft and beautiful. The round pad is wonderful to sit and lay on, we have hardwood floors and I love that the bottom of this tent is like a big comfortable pillow. There is soft mesh on the sides with pretty little leaves sewn into it, it's a lovely effect and keeps you cool, some of those nylon tents can get very hot inside! It makes me happy to see this tent every time I walk into my daughter's room. So glad we splurged on this!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about this play tent. It does seem pricey, at first, but considering the amount of detail, durability, and size of this tent, I think it is fantastic deal. Made of sturdy materials and cleans easily. I love the cushion-y bottom. It is absolutely adorable and my daughter has spent hours of fun inside her tent.

Best Harley Boots

This is my third pair. I'll die the day I can't find this boot for sale. Sooo.. comfortable. I had one pair resoled for $85 but finding someone willing to do it is difficult. I don't live near that shoe store anymore so now I have to stock up.

HD Logger-Conductor boot

Great boots so far. Still breaking them in. They are not easy to find, I don't see them in dealerships (although one told me they could order them) but I think they will work better than the boots I have. I bought these boots mainly for better traction in areas where the winter sand is still on the road. My other HD boots have a smooth sole and was slippery at times when I would put my foot down at a stop. And when not riding, these boots should easily out perform my old boots when walking over ice. The mat finish on the leather looks good, hopefully it will accept conditioner without becoming glossy. The overall shape of the boot is a bit different, but I like it better than my engineer boots. The extra leather on the toe and outside of the foot should give better protection in the event of a crash, although I hope I never find out. The extra leather on the toe isn't big enough to work well as a shift patch (the leather is thick enough not to need one IMO), but I don't care as I have a "heel/toe" shifter on my bike.

My boyfriend loved them

His only complaint was they bother him a bit in the toes when he wears them when he's walking far distances. Otherwise, they're waterproof and windproof and great for Harley owners!
