Positive experience, relatively cheap upgrade

Unlike the previous reviewer, when I upgraded my version 3 Gold bundle last year to version 6 I only had to pay $199. The upgrade fee also included Rennaissance Maxx, and today I'm using version 7 without any additional expense on my part.I have plugins from other developers, but often come back to using Waves. For me they have been relatively easy to use, with good sound quality, and not too taxing on my computer (G5 Dual 2 GHz PPC).Back when I purchased version 3 it came with many printed manuals. It really helps to read them in order to take advantage of the software's capabilities. These days PDF versions are included. With approximately 25 included plugins its a good idea to become familiar with the Waves interface and operation, since this knowledge (e.g., A/B, copy, paste, presets, fine adjustments, etc.) perhaps applies to every included plugin.The bundle includes a couple of reverbs, delays, compressors, equalizers, an analyzer, and more. I hate that it requires an iLok, and the initial price for Waves plugins can be expensive. Still, the upgrade is capped at $200 and it includes any additional plugins added to the bundle.If you have an iLok you can try the demo. I won't go through each plugin in this review, but the 1-star rating seemed a bit unfair so I decided to post my experience, which also includes receiving great customer support from Waves.

Essential for ProTools M-Powered

Waves Gold Bundle is a great collection of audio plug-ins -- they're pro studio quality. I especially like TrueVerb for realistic reverb. The Native plug-ins work smoothly with ProTools M-Powered on my MacBook Pro.

This product exceeded my expectations, it is gorgeous..very girly but not the traditional pink...The only thing that could be improved is the curtain, a bit tacky so wont be using it...but otherwise everything else is just great and it looks fantastic

Very decent beginners skates

I bought a pair of these for use in roller derby training camp, and I'm about to purchase a second pair. Considering the low price and what I've put them through, they're a pretty good value! These are my impressions after 5 months of heavy use:-The boot's fine. I was between sizes and ordered up to an 8. They are starting to smell somewhat...nothing a little spray won't take care of! One of the speed straps came apart after a couple of months but duct tape took care of that. The skates don't come with toe-guards or reinforced toe leather but despite that showed very little wear with regular skating on our smooth-concrete practice floor. But after a couple of hard-core knee-falls and slides on asphalt the leather over the toe wore off, and the right boot partially separated from the truck; again, nothing that a little duct tape didn't fix.-No problems with the trucks.-The toe-stops are a bit high, but they're big, which you may or may not like. If I could ever get the screw that holds them on loosened I'd put a couple of washers on there to bring em down.-The wheels, as stated, are 58mm wide. I have no idea of their hardness, and can't find the info anywhere online! They're okay though a bit skittery on smooth concrete floors, great on polyurethane gym floors, and horribly rough on outside pavement.-The Abec-3 bearings...at first I did not love them, but after a couple of thorough cleanings, I respect their cheap durability. The set was a mixed bag of good and less-than-good bearings. When they're dirty you'll know it -- everyone will because they get pretty noisy. But they do clean up well. I'm actually happier with the Abecs than I am with a second pair of Qubes I bought.My intention with this second pair is to upgrade the wheels for my indoor skating, and use my original, taped-up pair for outdoors. Hope this helps, folks!

I purchased these skates for roller derby which are perfect. I"m only starting out and find these skates are comfortable. the only complaint is that the toe stop is a little too big, but I plan on wearing those out.

Beginner Derby Skates

I purchased these skates for outdoor beginner flat track derby. They have been quite sufficient to the task, however, TOE GUARDS ARE A NECESSITY. Basically without the leather flap toe guards (they hook under your toe stopper and go up and over the toe and tie through the laces) the boot will be worn through to your skin within a matter of days. Protect your investment and get the toe guards regardless of which skates you buy. Also, be aware that skates are ordered one to one and a half sizes below your normal women's shoe size. For instance, I wear a women's 9.5 shoe and wear a men's 8 in these skates. This is standard for all skates.

Worked like a charm

I bought this to replace the bumper on my 1997 Dodge Ram 4x4. 13 years and it started to rust through. This item showed up in a well packaged box with all the hardware and brackets needed to install it. Really, the hardest part of the install was breaking loose the six rusted bolts from the old bumper to get it off the truck frame. Once that was done you just install the supplied backets on the new bumper using the old bumper as a visual guide and then mount the assembly back on the frame in the six bolt locations originally used. Looks just like new.It's pretty heavy though. I was able to do it myself but a helper would have been handy.Hopefully I'll get 13 more years out of this one too.

Excellent Quality Replacement Bumper

Could not be happier with the out of the box quality of this after-market bumper. The fit was PERFECT on my 1999 GMC Suburban. Everything necessary for a complete, trouble-free installation was included, even though I did not need all of the parts. Given how badly (and rapidly) the factory bumpers rust, there's no way that this one could ever be considered inferior (at half the price)! I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a replacement.

1998 SUBURBAN BUMPER

I found the bumper to be everything it was advertised. It came very quickly and in a sturdy box. It is an exact replacement for the oem bumper on the truck. Hopefully it does not rust out as the oem one does. Getting the main bolts out on the oem bumper is a pain because they are hard to reach, so you just enlarge the rust spots on the old bumper to access them. They are difficult to get to due to the tight space in which they go.The only issue with the install is the main mounting bolts. The nuts won't go down, they only tighten down half way. It comes with both mounting brackets, bolts, light wiring harness and bulbs. Its a great deal for 300.00 with the shipping and brackets, just verify the nuts fit the bolts before you start! I had to use the oem bolts instead of the 4 main bolts that are supplied. All and all no big deal and do not tighten the bolts down until you have everything aligned and if you have the barn doors make sure they open and close properly before you tightren them down!
