Product Description
The adze is the tool of choice for bowl makers, chair makers and sculptors. These tools make quick work of roughing out and shaping wood. Two models are available, the #7 sweep has a deep curved cutting edge, while the #4 sweep has a flatter, shallow curved cutting edge.

A very good adze

For under $100 this is a very good adze. The handle is long which allowed me to cut it down to a length that works for my carving style. A little on the heavy side...I may hit it with my grinder to lighten it up some. This tool is built to last. Holds a sharp edge and is easy to alter to meet your needs. I'm a very serious carver who works on my trade 6-7 hours a day and I would recommend this tool to a friend for sure. Tevita Kunato
