I installed this on my 2001 Ford Ranger Edge. No problems whatsoever in installing it, keep in mind to drop the spare a little bit to move it out of the way of the install. The mounting holes lined up exactly so there was no drilling or any alterations to the truck at all. Holds the load just fine, as I wanted to make sure I could tow heavier trailers without worrying about my rear bumper snapping off.

This is a good strong made in usa hitch. It went in easily with common hand tools and fits perectly.
