Detector arrived on time and was what I ordered. I would have liked to been able to know the manufactured date before I purchased it. I didn't know until it arrived that it was over a year old already. Since it is supposed to be replaced after 5 years that is significant information. I had an awfully hard time finding a flush mount version though so I was glad to get it.

Perfect replacement for the original equipment CO detector that came with the RV. The original is no longer in business so a direct replacement is no longer available.This detector mounted in the originals cutout with only a small trimming of the hole needed. It also wires in the same way as the original. Has an easier method for testing functionality, as the original required the use of a butane lighter. You simply push a button to test this unit.
