Expensive, but pleasure to cook with

I love these pots that I now own in two sizes. The cooking is even, they're pretty versatile--I can saute or braise over the stove, and/or stick in the oven for roasting or oven braising, and they're attractive enough to serve tableside. They're usually very easy to clean too.Downsides are they're extraordinarily heavy--especially the bigger sizes, and they are pricey. For me I find them a good investment. If you don't make a lot of slow cooked type of dishes, it might be "too big" a pot for you from the weight and pricey standpoint.Only problem I've had is occasionally the top knob comes loose, but it's easy to screw back in.
