Heavy Duty Drop Hitch

First - let's start with the heavy duty part. This is a SOLID hunk of steel. Not a steel tube like most mfg's. I am very confidentthat this has a 10K lb capacity!The bad part is the shaft is a bit short. if you are running a pick up this would probably work fine. Unfortunately - I was using thison a DP Motorhome. They shaft is NOT long enough to clear the bumper and I could NOT use this item. Be aware if you need somelength - this may not work for you..

Perfect for the needed drop for towing with tow system for my rv. I already had the blue ox base plate for the tow car, but need to drop four inches to keep the tow bar level. works great. And cheaper than buying it from blue ox, go figure.

Used to mount front hitch snowplow on my lifted truck. Heavy... heavy is reliable. I should've gotten the 6" drop, however.
