5This climbing net works well.

The 10' W x 10' H Heavy-Duty Indoor Climbing Net works well, and the actual ropes are thick enough to get a good grip on them.I installed my net in an indoor area that has more limited space than in the website illustration and when there will be little children around, we raise the net up toward the beams, and tie it up there. Also there are not walls nearby, available to anchor the net, or people available to hold the net steady for climbing instead of swinging.I solved the problem for our installation by putting anchors to the floor, in sufficient places to hold the net steady. When we are not using the net, we unscrew the anchors. We used the Tachikara net anchors, and they so far have worked well. However, please note that their installation directions are quite inaccurate for wood floors, or any plywood installation. The anchors were able to be installed by using a 1/2" drill bit and drilling a hole the length of the anchor. Then I trimmed around the hole with a Stanley knife so the anchor could set in slightly below the surface level. Then I screwed the anchors in carefully with a 10mm allen head, or hex head bit. The anchor metal is brittle. Then we screwed the brass loops into the anchors. Then we tied nylon rope to the net, several sections up, and then to "swivel clips."Then we attached the swivel clips to the brass loops and tightened the rope to the swivel clips with sufficient tension to keep the net from swinging much. When not being used, the brass loops can be unscrewed still attached to the swivel clips and then the ropes can be hung on the net until the next use.
