Beautiful watch. What makes this watch stand out from other brands is the quality of the diamonds. It's VVS clarity with G color v.s others normally offers SI ones. mechanism wise, needless to say, it's from Swiss :)If you have a small wrist, recommend to buy the 22.5mm dial version. If you are not petite then definitely go with 25.5mm.
