perfect fit for my Coleman RV !!!!one tip before you try to take the fan off, just saw the shaft in two on the old one.cause it probably ain't gonna come off easily and all your gonna do is damage the fan blade like i did, now its offbalance and i have to shoot myself now or buy another fan blade which ain't free unless i steal my neighbors at 3 am in the morning ,drunk!!!i thought of all of this after i got finished !!!now if you listen to me you can tell all your friends how smart you are !!!!saw the shaft in two between he old motor and the fan (cause you don't care about that old motor anyways you can still throw it threw your mother in laws window just fine !!!!if your good you can hit her before she gets to the refrigerator)its easy with a hacksaw cause the shaft metal is kinda soft.that's if your shaft is rusted and won't release the fan blade easily, which most are cause these type motors last over 20 years ,which maybe they lasted that long ,cause you could oil it every year through the oil tubes.this motor has permanently sealed bearings which may be good who knowsjust dig me up in 20 years from my grave and I'll tell you ,cause I'm gonna be buried with this motor i love it!!!!

1/4HP 115 Volt 1625RPM 2 speed Coleman (6757B311) RV Air Conditioner Motor AO Smith # ORV4538---I received this "RV Air Conditioner Motor AO Smith # ORV4538" replacement, I had no clue how to install this motor. I looked at the wire color codes on the motors were identical with exception of the red wire for 2-spped operations, but I used black wire as original single speed. Perfect, works great. I am using the old capacitor till it burns out rather than just replace with new one sent with "RV Air Conditioner Motor AO Smith # ORV4538". Now I am thinking about replacing the other motor as well now, cause it is totally dead too.This experience motivated me with confidence.
