Overall I'm very happy with the hose reel's that I recently purchased. I plumbed a shop air system into my garage, and used one of these for oiled air for air tool use, the 2nd I used as a clean air supply to use for filling tires, and eventually painting, etc.The reel's are a good heavy duty unit, and were easy to set up (both needed an adjustment for the air hose retraction catch, position will vary with your install)The install was strait forward, there's no leaks coming from them at all, and the retraction spring is good and strong, which is nice... it should hold up well over time.
