Bought this for my mother who is now 93 years young.Helped her get around so much better and was very good quality.Shipping was a little slow.

Make sure you read the the provider's return policy. I read the Amazon.com Holiday Return Policy and thought I had until the end of Jan 06 to return the item. I called Medline to make arrangements to return this item and they told me the product was sold to IROAMS Network who in turn had shipped it to me. I called IROAMS and was told I only had 7 days from receipt to return the item so I was out of luck.
