Product Description
Covercraft Noah Custom Fit Car Cover has a high performance non-woven fabric with the film barrier edge for maximum dirt and dust. It is moisture resistance and one can still get the ding protection of multi-layer construction. Both outer layers are bi-component spunbond, using sheath core technology. Each individual fiber has a polypropylene inner core for strength, with a polyethylene wrap for softness. The light gray color doesn't attract heat and the fabric is treated with UV inhibitors for extended outdoor use. The micro-porous film middle layer is a breathable film and a proprietary stretch-film technology developed exclusively for Kimberly-Clark. The film is stretched and then subjected to a chemical process that creates microscopic holes smaller than droplets of water or dust, yet large enough to allow moisture vapor and heat to escape. This helps reduce the bulk of the non-woven fabric, while providing an almost solid barrier against the elements. Its soft, paint-protecting Inner layer is another bi-component spunbond made with polyethylene and nylon. The combination results in an exceptionally high strength-to-weight ratio, with the “soft touch” necessary for today's water-based paint finishes. It comes with 4 Year Warranty.

Good all-around car cover...

I bought a Noah cover eleven years ago for my new (then) '99 corvette. I didn't read care instructions, and washed it a few times and tossed it in a dryer (yes, it shrank a little each time). The front corners wore through a few years back (probably from tight fit after shrinking) and I continued to use it. It has served me well when the car was parked in sunny L.A., outside under a canopy (from rain) and in the garage. It served its purpose well, which is why I'm FINALLY purchasing another one as it has proved to be a good investment for protection. The grommets are nice for running a cable lock and the elastic bottom makes for snug fit. The wind will not blow the cover off (well, maybe in a hurricane).

Covercraft car cover

The car cover is a fantastic product for about 8 months. My car is stored outside all year long and the California sun delivered an early death to my cover. The elastic wore out and so did all of the advertised qualities. It did not repel water or dust, it just became a huge absorbent towel for my corvette. Hang on to your receipt Covercraft does not honor the warranty Amazon does. I will say that dealing with Amazon for a replacement was very painless. I plan on getting a replacement every 8 months for the duration of the 4 year warranty.

receive the car cover a few days ago. After wash the car I can't wait to put it on. It fit very nice even with the back mirrors on both sides. The roof antenna even has its own pouch.At the lower center of the cover, it has ring at both side so that you can use rope to tight it down.Make sure you select the right model. Be aware, even though you have your 'garage' configured and your 'parts' (i.e. the cover) is not comparable, Amazon web site still let you order it.Granted there may be some warning message, but when you get too excited it could be over looked.It is about double the price of the non-custom fit. Overall for the car you want to maintain in a good condition, I think it is a good buy.
