Ceiling Fan with Cream colored fan blades

I was carefully researching tropical fans for a beachy coastal living room and knew I needed one with cream colored fan blades (not white), so I read and read the Caribbean Breeze description on several other sites, but felt most confident with the description AND photo provided on Amazon. Thank you as the fan has exceeded my expectations and is quite dramatically beautiful on our vaulted ceiling!

I have this ceiling fan installed in an apartment in Rio de Janeiro, a short block off Ipanema Beach. I was very surprised to find it in Rio. This is a very corrosive environment, lesser products have simply turned to powder at my place due to the salt air and high humidity. But, I have had a much better experience than some others who have reviewed this product. No rust, no corrosion at all after 4 years of use, and with french doors wide open 8 months a year.As soon as I opened the box I knew installing it was above my pay grade, lots of parts and pieces. But, a local electrician installed it in about 1.5 hours, and I balanced it in about 15 minutes. At top speed, it creates a good breeze and the sound is noticeable but not objectionable. This fan sits above the seating area for a home cinema and the noise level has never been a distraction. I highly recommend this fan for anyone looking for a traditional, tropical style touch.

Much cheaper than other places (like Home Depot for instance), we ordered two of these for our dining room and adjoining TV room. I thought about installing them myself, but then decided better not to since in the dining room it was replacing a chandelier and I wanted to make sure the fixture would support it. Good thing - the electrician said this fan had more pieces than he'd seen in a long time, and were no simple matter to install. Now they give a perfect atmosphere change to the rooms, both in the patterns of the light and the soft whirring sounds at high speed that sound almost like wind through the palms. We are extremely happy with this purchase! If that should change down the road, I'll update this review, but on initial customer satisfaction, I give them top marks.
