Great product for ankle problems

I am a physical therapist and use this product with my patients for rehabilitation. I really like it because you can slide the weight to different positions which allows you to isolate specific ankle or lower leg muscles. I'm not sure if it's worth the money for someone just looking for a good workout. I would only recommend this product if you have an ankle problem (like a sprain or strain) and you are looking to strengthen specific areas.
