I bought this for our lake house and could not be more pleased. High quality. fit and finish is good. Price is great. I applied a light stain and sprayed on poly. Looks Great!

Upon receiving the table there were parts missing because the box had been torn open during shipping, which was a shame b/c I didn't want to have to go another day without this beauty. Amazon was out of stock at the time, but as they always do they came through and made the return process a breeze. I emailed the Cedarlooks company very late in the afternoon, but being as impatient as I am I found another vendor (they are "Way" "Fair" with their free shipping ;)). The next morning Cedarlooks had emailed me telling me that "yes they can ship me the missing part". Of course I don't need it now however, I found them to have excellent customer service (it's best to email the manufacture if you need parts only). The replacement table came in today which was 2 business days earlier than expected. I put the whole thing together in about 30 minutes; the only thing that has to be put together are the legs and braces the table top is complete upon arrival. You will want to have a piece of spare wood for tapping the pieces of wood together. Make sure to carefully turn the table right side up and check that the legs are level before you turn it back to tap the nails in. Cedar logs naturally have cracks in them which does not affect the wood's integrity. The color of the wood looks just like the picture: very creamy. The finish of the wood is incredibly smooth. I have this in my indoor living room and it looks absolutely amazing. Cedarlooks products are made in Canada, they have some interesting info about their company on their website so check it out.My table is on hardwood and if I don't put something down it will slide across the room and scratch the floor. I have had quite a time finding something that will stay on the furniture and keep it decently in place; something that I have found for smaller pieces of furniture is hot gluing a piece of leather, suede side out to said piece of furniture. It will still slide around some, but it won't scratch the floor and it works great for odd furniture legs. These pads Dura-Grip(TM) Heavy Duty 2" Square, 1/2" Thick Non-Slip Rubber (No glues or nails) Furniture Floor Pads, Protectors-Set of 8 are also good for some furniture but not all furniture, only because they are so thick.
