Product Description

When your back relaxes, life becomes more enjoyable! The Health Mark Pro Inversion Table provides the most support and comfort of any table in its class. With a transition bed constructed of 840 nylon denim, you can trust that your back will be fully supported in the correct alignment as you transition from horizontal to any chosen angle. Inversion Therapy has been proven to help decompress the spine, allowing for increased circulation along the spinal column and a reduction of muscle stress, fatigue and lower back pain; or utilize rhythmic traction to achieve total relaxation and increased mental alertness. Inversion Therapy is also useful in the temporary relief of varicose veins and lymphatic fluid accumulation in the lower extremities. There are areas in your life where it is wise save or conserve money. This is not the case when it comes to your health or your safety. When a company implements cost cutting measures during manufacturing of products, those measures will undoubtedly affect the structural integrity of the product, and transitively the safety of the user. The best and safest inversion tables on the market should never be determined by the lowest price tag or the heaviest construction weight. There are certain intangibles that must be considered. For example the nylon denim firmness and quality, the transitional bearings found only on the Health Mark tables, the tubular steel thickness, the stability of the frame as designated by the front split leg design, the ease of use provided by the short hook handlebars opposed to wrap-around handles which create back strain when used for transitioning, and the integrity of ankle locking mechanisms. Ultimately the safety and effectiveness of any inversion table will not be determined by any aesthetic coloring, stitching or molding; nor by any accessory which may be sold with it.

5Well made
By Betty
This product has been most satisfactory -- sturdy and well made. There is a considerable amount of assembly, but don't let the instruction manual frighten you! All of the parts have been carefully placed where you'll need them, and lots of pre-assembly set-up took place before packaging.

5Sturdy but not too heavy
By bunnyrabbit4
When I looked at these my back was killing me (pinched nerve) and the last thing I wanted was one that weighed 80lbs. This one was lighter than the others I looked at so I decided to try it and hope it was not too flimsy. It was perfect. The pipes that hold it up are about 1 and 1/4 in diameter, made out of strong metal and don't appear likely to bend. The instructions were terrible and tell you to put the handles on backwards. Use the Amazon picture as a guide. The nylon covers that protect you from being pinched are also rather mysterious as they have long straps that would seem to have some function but don't. Other than that the unit works well and adjusts to different heights.Be sure to adjust it to your height because if you don't, the unit won't come out of the upside down position as easily. Normally all you have to do is place your arms at your side to be in reach of the handles and able to right yourself. After using the unit for a week my back is 100% better. For those of you who are thinking of using this for ab work, it does not work for that. Trying to bend causes the unit (as it is supposed to) to bring your feet back down. After being in pain for over a month I HIGHLY recommend it for back issues. Be aware that you may have some muscle pain at first, especially if your issues stemmed from carrying heavy loads on one side of your body. Since the muscles are contracting unevenly, stretching them out can cause some mild discomfort. This is worth it when compared to the relief it gives. It stopped the pain my back after only a few minutes.UPDATE: This did wonders for my back in a very short time, but I want to add that it DOES NOT fold up very well. It is extremely bulky and hard to store. Also the rubber tips come off of the legs if you try to stand it up after you fold it. This can put some nasty scratches on your floor if you aren't careful.

5My research paid off!
By alitudes
I did a lot of research on this product by reading all of the reviews on each of the inversion tables and am extremely pleased with this selection. The purchase was for me but my husband threw his back out 2 days before it arrived and was anxious to get it put together. One of the most common complaints I read in the other reviews was regarding pain on the ankles and I must say that this is about as comfortable as it could possible get (while hanging from your ankles that is). This product is very well put together and one of the best features is that you can hang free as well. I use this 2-3 times a day and it has helped with my herniated disc a LOT! My back is more fluid now and I have more freedom to move now that the discs are able to start separating some. I was spending lots of money on chiropractic care and on pain meds from my primary doctor and now I have put that aside so the money was well spent as I am saving more on doctor visits than what it cost me! I highly recommend this product!
