Product Description

When your back relaxes, life becomes more enjoyable! The Health Mark Core Inversion Chair helps to decompress the spine, allowing for increased circulation along the spinal column and a reduction of muscle stress, fatigue and lower back pain. The unique design of the Core Inversion Chair allows you to invert at an angle of up to 70 degrees in the ergonomically correct position (knees above the hip flexors). The result is maximum effective gravity assisted traction at the lower lumbar region without the necessity of hanging completely upside down. This design also allows for the beneficial aspects of gravity traction without undo stress to the ankles, knees or hips. And once your back has thoroughly relaxed, perform any of the several ab blasting exercises that can be efficiently performed on this multi-functional piece of inversion equipment. Get the most out of your inversion experience with the highest quality inversion chair on the market. There are limited competitors in the market in regards to seated inversion equipment, and that’s due to the precise tolerances and thorough understanding of proper body mechanics required to construct a unit which can work as effectively as the more traditional inversion table. The Health Mark unit was designed to provide not only the best stretch and exercise quotient of any other seated device, but also the greatest ‘ease of use’. And ‘ease of use’ is of great importance when pain, discomfort, effectiveness and safety plays a major factor in when and how often you can use a piece of equipment for its intended purpose. Designed for maximum effective comfort, the seated rolled leg supports make this an ideal solution for those who desire gravity assisted traction but have weak or injured ankles and knees.

4Good value, but beware of unclear assembly instructions.
By Camster
The chair is very helpful for my back and seems very sturdy. I like that you are supported by your knees instead of hanging from your ankles like you do on other inversion tables/chairs. It seems like a good value for a reasonable amount of money. It is a little tricky getting onto and off of it but it is possible for one person to mount it alone. I wish that adjusting the angle of inversion was a little easier. It has a strap that you have to lengthen or shorten and it is tricky getting the exact angle you want. If you have more than one person using the chair the strap is a hassle to change. We ended up adding an extra hook on a piece of chain. For a lesser angle you hook the strap directly to the chair. For a greater angle you hook the strap into the the chain instead and then attach the second hook to the chair. The other part that bothered me was problems with the instructions. One of the steps was out of order and other parts weren't too clear. Do not screw on the handles before you put the protective hoods over the brackets they attach to otherwise you will have to unscrew the handles again to put the hoods on. Also, be careful how you attach the main seat to the frame. There is a stop bar on the back of the frame that can interfere with the rotation of the chair if you don't do it right. Check the rotation of the chair before putting any screws in the pivot bracket.

5Great Chair Better Price
By Mr. Allnut
I originally ordered the Stamina Deluxe Seated Inversion Therapy Table, a more expensive product. It was damaged in shipping and Amazon was out of stock, so I decided to try this chair.I am glad the first chair was damaged. This chair is easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to take apart if you need to move. It is heavy duty and high quality. My wife has scoliosis. She is a small woman, tiny by today's standards. She uses this chair all by herself for relief and loves it.

5Awesome!
By Redhawk
I tried an inversion table a few years ago and didn't like the feeling of my ankles being pulled out of their sockets. I was so happy to see that an inversion CHAIR existed! I ordered it and I am THRILLED! I use it every day, twice a day. It has really helped relieve much of my pain.It was delivered to my door the day after I ordered it. :)The only thing that was a small problem was that the directions had me put together the whole thing and then had me take apart part of it to put covers on. Not a big deal though.I recommend this to anyone who suffers from back pain.
