5Buy it!

You may want to get other handles for rowing (vert grip) and the spring collars resting diameter exceeds that of the bar, but it doesn't have much lateral wobble (but I distribute weight evenly). The weight stack is a bit overpriced at around $400 but quick weight changes and the option to take it up to 400lbs total with standard plates, I don't regret buying it at all. With the stock handles I do lats, biceps, triceps, rows, upright rows, chest pullovers, and shrugs (using different links on the extension chain for proper range of motion). Using stirrup handles you can do rear delt bentover rows and some other things I haven't bothered to try yet. if you have something to grab onto (the dip bars work for lots of things besides dips). I should mention that I use it with an adjustable bench (the more decline/incline angles, the better) and the dip bars can be used on each side of the spotter bars to keep your legs down when you're doing heavy lats. At first, I thought it looked a little cheap with the hollow vertical bars but it has been designed with good precision and durability for this price range. I'm 6'2" and I don't feel crowded using it. US company with chinese parts, good welds, good quality, smooth cables and pulleys. It has the same low clearance as the power rack (I have low ceilings in my basement). I intend to buy the cable crossover attachment as well. It's a great system, extremely convenient, highly recommended. I don't need to hit the gym except for leg machines and exotics.

5Well packaged. Reasonable assembly. Outstanding quality of build.
By T. Cooper
Comes extremely well packaged, just as other BodyCraft products. Each part is wrapped in plastic and cardboard. Small parts come in plastic bag with part numbers included. Only confusion was in deciding which couple was for the upper and which the lower cable. (I decided that the upper cable should be the couple with the most flexibility.) It was somewhat challenging to thread the cable through the top assembly. Ultimately, I removed the top part so I could angle it in different directions, using gravity to help with the feed. Sturdy when assembled. Excellent finish. The only complaint is that the included spring locks (holding the weights to he post) are too loose to be much good, but this is a minor issue. The action is SMOOTH. One has to sit on the floor to do rows, but then I expected that. The lat pull-down bar is six-feet off of the floor, which gives me plenty of room to get a full range of motion seated on the bench. The spring locks work better, but still not best, when placed 'backwards.'I would recommend this to a friend!
